- Users may request a full refund within 30 days of initial purchase.
- After 30 days, all payments are non-refundable.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Violate these Terms of Service.
- Engage in fraudulent activities.
- Use BxG’s proprietary data or games for personal commercial gain without permission.
- Exhibit abusive, disruptive, or harmful behavior towards our staff or other users.

- Users may not reproduce, repurpose, or sell any BxG intellectual property without written consent.

6. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
- These terms are governed by UK law.
- Any disputes will be resolved in UK courts.
7. Age Restrictions & Compliance
- Users must be 13+ to register an account.
- For users under 13 (e.g., students in schools using BxG), we require parental or school consent in compliance with UK and US regulations (COPPA).
- Schools using BxG on behalf of students must ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
8. Data Usage & Anonymized Benchmarks
- We use anonymized user data to create trends, benchmarks, and performance analytics.
- Aggregated data helps analyze practice benchmarks by handicap and identify trends in golfer improvement.
- By using BxG, you consent to the anonymized use of your playing stats for research, analysis, and feature improvements.
